Each unit is fitted with prepaid electricity meters and DSTV points. Rand Daily Mail House provides secure underground parking with access to the building access via facial recognition. We also have private fire and medical assistance: Fire Ops SA & 24 hour security.

For load shedding the building has generators that power the lifts and the emergency lights in the common areas.

The building has a drop-and-go laundry facility with washing and drying available. Other communal facilities include an astro soccer pitch and netball court with a secure play area for children as well as an outdoor gym!
