“This building is clean and well maintained. Signage is proper and never confusing. The lifts cater for the entire building. Having 3 (fully functional) generators during load shedding or power outages is a blessing many don’t have. Parking is secure and cameras cover very significant areas. We are more than 100 days into lockdown and it’s really been a safe environment to live in. Measures taken during this period have really kept us safe (social distancing even in the lifts, hand sanitiser stations at reception, masks given per unit, no visitors allowed). The statues of the freedom fighters downstairs really honours the political history this building has and may it continue to honour those heroes. The building manager has kept a sane head above his shoulders amidst all the challenges the tenants have thrown at him. Shell House is a haven.”
