APPLICATION TO RENT (Residential):
To apply for an apartment please download and complete the application form. Don’t forget to include your latest payslip, 3 month bank statement and ID/ passport copy and send to jackie@livethecity.co.za. For a joint application please send the supporting documents for all applicants.
APPLICATION TO RENT (Commercial):
If you would like to apply for an office or a retail store please download and complete the application form. Don’t forget to include your company registration documents, directors ID/passport copies and a 6 month business account bank statement and send to jackie@livethecity.co.za.
NOTICE TO VACATE:
If you are out of the province or country and wish to give us notice; Download and complete this form and send through to your building manager. If you are in residence, please make use of the electronic forms that your building managers have at each building.
