Responsibilities: As Finance Manager at Live the City, Theophilus oversees financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and insight in decision-making. He works closely with both management and operational teams to streamline processes, manage risk, and strengthen overall financial performance.
Achievements: Since joining the team, he has introduced improved financial reporting tools, enhanced payment processes, and supported strategic initiatives that have optimized both revenue management and cost control.
Passion: With a strong foundation in engineering, Theophilus is passionate about the operations side of the business. He enjoys finding ways to integrate finance with technology and innovation, particularly exploring how automation and AI can drive smarter, more efficient decision-making.
Outside of work: Beyond the office, Theophilus enjoys tinkering with new technologies, reading across a variety of subjects, and continuously learning. He also values problem-solving and creativity, often exploring ideas that bridge his interests in engineering, finance, and innovation.

I have been in the real estate business for the past 20 years. I’ve worked in the residential, retail and commercial Property Services. I manage a portfolio of commercial, retail and residential properties. This includes aspects of contract negotiation, drafting lease agreements, sourcing tenants, executing lease agreements, and workflow and manages leasing process from negotiation till occupation, entry and exit inspections, and managing a commercial property vacancy list and engagement with stakeholders.
My passion (North Star): People and the property business. What gives me the greatest joy is when I have assisted someone in getting a roof over their heads and I see that smile on their face. I aim to give every person I interact with (the beggar on the street or the business owner) a personalized, transparent and compassionate experience bringing happiness to myself and them.
I have set goals that Command my Thoughts, Liberate my Energy and Inspire my Hope.
Who am I outside of work: I love reading, travelling, shopping, walking (enjoying nature). I am also an avid TV sports fan (esp. tennis, golf, soccer and formula 1).

Responsibilities: Rental collections, dealing with tenant complaints, dealing with all the building maintenance issues and liaising with all contractors, handling of notices, inspections, move-outs and move-ins.
Passion: I love dealing with people, talking and listening to them to find a solution to their challenges. The uniqueness of each challenge is what makes these experiences special and invaluable learning curves and understanding the different type of stakeholders I work with every day.
I am motivated, honest and goal-driven individual with administrative, people and communication skills. With a 13 years’ experience in the property management, student accommodation and 1 year Intern experience at City Of Johannesburg Supply Chain Department . I am looking forward to create a long-term career and gaining more education and knowledge in property management and getting into the procurement side of the property management.
Achievements: A NQF 6 Diploma In Business Management Studies in Damelin . My experience in property before now as an Credit Controller, Letting Agent, Collections Supervisor, Property Manager and Facilitator In Levies collections at the Body Corporate side, has helped me develop excellent client/customer service, communication, listening and problem solving skills. I have come to appreciate the value of every member in an organization regardless of position, experience and background.
Outside of work: I am a conservative individual who enjoys a music-cantered life and fast driving fanatic.
Also, I enjoy watching my kids grow and spending quality time with family and traveling.
